C:\Admin\ ("the Panel") is an internal tool operated by the C:\Games Roblox group ("the Group", "we", "us") for the purpose of moderating Group experiences. By signing in to the Panel, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

Access to the Panel is restricted to members of the Group who hold an authorized staff rank. Signing in requires a Roblox account and grants the Panel access to your Roblox account ID, username, avatar, and Group rank via Roblox OAuth. Accounts that are not members of the Group, or that do not hold a rank with assigned permissions, will be denied access.

Acceptable use

As a moderator using the Panel, you agree to:

Use the Panel only to carry out legitimate moderation duties for the Group
Exercise moderation actions (bans, warnings, mutes) in good faith and in line with Group policy
Not share your session, account access, or API keys with anyone else
Not use the Panel to access, modify, or disclose player data outside the scope of your duties
Not attempt to circumvent role-based permission restrictions within the Panel

Accountability

Actions taken within the Panel are logged and attributed to your moderator account, including bans, warnings, mutes, notes, and audit activity. These logs may be reviewed by other authorized staff for accountability and quality-review purposes.

Suspension of access

We may suspend or revoke your access to the Panel at any time, including if you leave the Group, are demoted below a rank with Panel access, or are found to have misused the Panel or violated these terms.

No warranty

The Panel is provided on an "as is" basis for internal use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for any loss arising from its use or unavailability.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Panel after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
