C:\Admin\ ("the Panel") is an internal moderation tool operated by the C:\Games Roblox group ("the Group", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information the Panel collects from moderators who sign in, and how that information is used.

Who this applies to

This Panel is restricted to Group moderators and staff. It is not a public-facing product, and members of the public do not create accounts on it. Roblox players who are the subject of a report, warning, mute, or ban may have limited information about their account referenced within the Panel by staff performing moderation duties, as described below.

Information we collect

When a moderator signs in with Roblox OAuth, we receive and store:

Your Roblox user ID, username, and display name
Your Roblox avatar image (headshot)
Your rank within the Group

As you use the Panel to perform moderation duties, we also store the actions you take, including:

Warnings, bans, and mutes you issue, and their stated reasons
Notes, audit findings, and discussion messages you write
Files you upload as evidence during moderation reviews
Login timestamps and an activity log of moderation actions, used for accountability and audit purposes

For Roblox players referenced within moderation records (targets of reports, bans, warnings, or mutes), we store their Roblox user ID, username, and any information submitted about them by moderators or reporters, such as report descriptions and evidence.

How we use this information

To authenticate moderators and enforce role-based access to the Panel
To operate moderation workflows: reports, bans, warnings, mutes, and audits
To maintain an accountability trail of who took which moderation action and when
To detect patterns of abuse or rule violations across Roblox accounts

Data sharing

We do not sell or share moderator or player data with third parties. Information stored in the Panel is only accessible to authorized Group moderators, subject to their assigned permissions. We use Roblox's APIs (OAuth, Groups, and Open Cloud) solely to authenticate moderators and to carry out moderation actions (such as issuing bans) on Roblox's platform.

Data retention

Moderation records (bans, warnings, mutes, notes, and audit logs) are retained indefinitely to preserve an accurate accountability history. Moderator accounts are retained while the moderator remains active in the Group; deactivated moderator accounts are marked as removed and no longer used to authenticate.
